Born in Shildon, Co. Durham in 1947, growing up as a child of the railways Eric showed artistic talent at a very early age. He painted a mural to The Beatles on his mother’s living room wall at age 16!
Upon completing school, Eric worked as an industrial chemist until the very early 80’s, after which he launched his career as a professional artist. Specialising in watercolours, but also loves painting in oils, pastels and acrylics.
